Don’t forget to chill.

As much as we love working out here at BBS we realise its important to take time off and just be absolutely still, and it should be happening more often than we all practice currently! Whether its taking time to meditate or just reading a book in a hammock chair, its so important to clear your mind and let your body and mind be in sync and rest. Mental health and physical health are interlinked, so look after yourselves folks.
